Instructions

Authors are invited to submit abstracts for oral and/or poster presentations.
Deadline for submitting abstracts is April 6, 2018.
The Program Committee will select contributions for oral or poster presentations. Authors will be notified about the acceptance of their contribution and type of presentation by April 23, 2018 (postponed to May 4, 2018).
Abstracts must be submitted via Indico web form (click the button below).
Please note that an Indico account is required in order to submit your abstract.
Very important: it is mandatory to upload a pdf file of your abstract by using the LateX fillable form available HERE.
Please note that in order to compile the LateX format you need to have the OpenSans package installed.
